Why Healthy Eating Doesn’t Mean Dieting

The word diet – though it really just means “selection of foods eaten”, has gotten a somewhat restrictive and negative connotation over the years thanks to all of the fad yo-yo diets on the market that have come and gone.

Your body uses food to fuel itself. What you put in has a direct effect on what your body is able to build. Every cell needs nourishment. Many of the foods found in the supermarket today barely qualify as food at all – artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, colors, processed, bleached, genetically modified (GMO), grown in depleted soil, sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. It is amazing some of us are still up and running at all.

Giving your body the proper balance of protein, carbohydrates, as well as vegetables and fruits, occasional nuts, and other assorted nature based consumables allow your cells to function properly and at the top of their game.

Figuring out your macronutrient intake (sometimes referred to as macros) can be confusing and somewhat time-consuming. Cooking and doing meal preparation ahead of time also takes time and effort. It is in no way a cop-out to say “I’m too busy” to do all of that. Life is busy. That’s just the way things are in 2017.

That’s where we can help. The Ideal Protein Method has figured it all out for you. No macros to track, no food to cook. You go on with your daily life and meals are all ready for you to just grab and go! Chat with us – let us make your life and your body transformation easier so you never have to “diet” again.
